Former WSNA president, resident and Santa Tim Rush has been in the news recently. Twenty Two months ago he bought a new home in Wilshire Square on Broadway and moved into a code enforcement officer's nightmare neighborhood. Tim has fought back against some of the same problems we face here in Washington Square like garage conversions and over crowding. In his fight, he shut down appliance sales in a backyard and a car dealer working out of the home across the street.
