Congratulations to Oldrich and Ivana Unger, the Com-Link 2008 Neighborhood Heros!
On Saturday April 26th grafitti and grime met their match along Washington and 15th streets. It was the maiden voyage for our cleanup cart and it really made a difference. Thanks to everyone who helped out. The next scheduled cleanup is October 11th but you're welcome to pitch in anytime. WSNA always has ongoing projects. If you have a student that needs community service hours, we can work out a program. email president@washington-square.org It's time to show your support for the neighborhood by sending in your 2008 dues. You have received or should soonreceive your membership letter in the mail. It's also available here. Cut off the coupon, fill it out and send it in with your check. It's a great time to indicate that you'd like to get involved with your association or help with events. We need your help. Also please fill in your email address. WSNA would like to be able to communicate updates and calls to action via email. Don't worry we won't use your address for anything other than information about Washington Square. As the letter explains, WSNA is now a 501c3 corporation which means contributions and memberships are tax deductible. We hope to hear from you soon!!
